1.The host adopts frequency conversion control, start, operation is more stable, more energy saving.
2.The whole shaft and roller are made of excellent steel, grinding processing, high precision computer dynamic balance correction, surface plated hard chromium.
3.The whole transmission gear adopts 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carbon seepage quenching treatment, hardness HRC58~62; grinding processing, 6 accuracy, ensure high long-term use color accuracy.
4.Complete transmission shaft bearing, important transmission components are reinforced adjustable bearing, simple maintenance and longer service life.
5. High speed flexo printing slotting die cutting machine adjusts the preset position function, sends paper, printing, slot, mold cutting, automatically returns to zero, and the split body memory is automatically reset.
6.The complete lubrication system adopts spray automatic lubrication and automatic balancing device to maintain the same level of oil in each unit.
7.Work gap adjustment, quick adjustment of wrench-free machine for the whole machine, quick adjustment and convenient implementation.
8.Optional installation: ceramic mesh roller; scraper ink fixing system; pressure electric adjustment.
