7. CAD module design can arbitrarily combine single, double and multi-color printing units.

8. The unit is electrically separated and pneumatically locked and loosened. With warning light, it can improve the operability.

9. When the machine is stopped, the inking anilox will automatically separate from the printing plate, so that the printing plate surface will not be damaged.

10. The self-priming ink supply device can independently control the automatic idling cycle of the anilox roller. When the ink supply host is suspended, the surface will not be thirsty. Clean the anilox roller.

11. All transmission shafts adopt keyless connecting rings to reduce the connection clearance and ensure the printing chromatic accuracy.

12. All transmission shafts and rollers shall be polished and electroplated.

13. The whole machine is controlled by PLC touch screen.
