Operate the  Chain feeder cardboard printing slotting die cutting machine

1. Read the manual carefully before starting up to understand the characteristics and basic performance of the machine.
2. First, check whether the electrical system and mechanical system are intact. The operator should stand in a safe position before turning on the power. Run the machine at electric or slow speed first, and then adjust the machine to normal speed if there is no abnormality.
3. Attaching the plate Generally, you can place the selected paper plate on the workbench, and then select the location to place the offset plate, start the machine, and let the offset plate be automatically pasted on the roller. The other method is based on the latitude and longitude scale lines on the drum, choose a suitable position to paste the offset plate, and then adjust it to the ideal position.
Adjustment
1. Adjust the gap between each paper feed roller and paper feed roller, the size is just slightly smaller than the thickness of the paper plate.
2. The gap between the impression roller and the plate roller is slightly smaller than the sum of the thickness of the offset plate + the thickness of the paper plate.
3. The gap between the ink roller and the plate roller = the thickness of the rubber sheet-0.2mm
4. The gap between the rubber roller and the ink roller is zero, and a little pressure is applied. The ink should be uniform.
Maintenance and lubrication
1. Check whether the parts of each part are loose before starting the machine, and tighten them if any. Check whether there is any chores among the components and clean them up. Especially between the anilox ink roller and the rubber roller, make sure that there is no debris!
2. Run at low speed for 2-5 minutes when starting up, and then speed up operation after observing that the unit is normal.
3. After the work is completed, the double-sided tape and other sundries should be cleaned up when the printing plate is removed. The diaphragm pump and ink roller are cleaned and dried with clean water.
4. Regularly check the lubrication of the bearings, chains and gears. The chains and gears should be refueled every shift, and the bearings should be refueled every three months.
5. When the machine is not used for a long time (more than 3 days), the rubber roller and anilox roller should be loosened to prevent the rubber roller from being squeezed and deformed for a long time.
