PE foam pipe is a kind of new-type foaming material and it is widely used in the installations of air conditioner sheath,pipeline heat insulation,toy guardrail,recreation places,etc.due to its good foaming,elasticity and heat preservation .

As a kind of new-type filling ornament material,pe foam rod is widely used in the stereotype,filling and ornament of spring mattress,sofa backrest and top-grade clothing.it is also widely used in the filling of contraction joint in building due to its good rebound elasticity.

EPE foam sheet extruder machine is mainly used to produce EPE sheet. After the melting of LDPE resin, it is mixed with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agent and other agents to be extruded through the extruder, and foamed on the die head and lips, then passed through a sizing drum to fix the sheet size, and finally the product is taken up by a winding roller.

2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit,
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.

Quality is priority. We always regard great importance to quality controlling from the very small thing(even a small screw we will choose the best quality) from the beginning
