If a large area of patterns and lines are printed together, be careful, because the pressure and color are not easy to control.

 2. Equipment inspection:

 First, check whether the operation of the carton ink printing machine is normal, whether the ink coating and grinding roller is clean, whether the ink roller operates normally, whether the paper guide wheel, paper feeding and slotting dimensions are corrected, and whether all preparations have been made before starting printing.

 3. Ink preparation:

 The environmental friendly water-based ink with appropriate viscosity must be selected for the carton ink printing machine. If the printed products and patterns are different, the selected viscosity is also different, ranging from 45-60 degrees to 30-40 degrees. This is good for leveling and covering, and the printed products have clear dots and do not paste.

 4. Startup printing:

 First, stick the plate onto the pad, then stick it onto the plate cylinder of the carton ink printing machine, and evenly smear the adjusted environment-friendly water-based ink on the ink roller, then start printing. The printed products should have clear pictures and texts, no exposure to the background, and no deformation of the dot.
