The working principle of the circular die-cutting machine is to carry out high-speed die-cutting molding in the rolling motion of two conjugate die-cutting rollers.  When the circular die-cutting machine is working, the paper feeding roller will send the paperboard between the die-cutting cylinder and the pressure cylinder, and the two will clamp it to carry out die-cutting on the cylinder. The die-cutting cylinder rotates for one cycle, which is a working cycle.

 Rotary die-cutting machine is generally divided into hard cutting method and soft cutting method. Hard cutting method refers to the hard contact between the tool and the surface of the pressure cylinder during die cutting, so the die cutting tool is easy to wear. The soft cutting method is to cover the surface of the pressure cylinder with a layer of engineering plastic. When die-cutting, the cutter can have a cutting amount, which can protect the cutter and cut it off, but the plastic layer needs to be changed regularly.

 The platen and press cutting mechanism of the circular press die-cutting machine are flat. When the platen and press plate are in the vertical position, it is a vertical flat press die-cutting machine. When the die-cutting machine is working, the platen presses the platen through the transmission and puts pressure on the platen. The movement track of the press plate is different and can be divided into two types: one is that the press plate swings around the fixed hinge, so at the moment of starting the molding, there is an inclination between the working surface of the press plate and the template surface, which makes the die-cutting plate cut into the lower part of the board earlier, which is easy to cause the phenomenon that the lower part of the die plate is too heavy and the upper part is not cut through. In addition, the component of die-cutting pressure will also cause the lateral displacement of paperboard. When the die-cutting machine of the other platen motion mechanism is working, the platen, driven by the connecting rod, first swings on the flat guide rail of the machine base with the cylindrical roller as the fulcrum. When the working surface of the platen moves from the inclined position to the position parallel to the die-cutting plate, the platen will press parallel to the die-cutting plate in a translational way.

The die-cutting of circular pressing and circular connection will be a good die-cutting method for printing and packaging products in large quantities. At present, it has been used in automatic flexo printing slotting die cutting machine-, form printing machine, Automatic carton printing die cutting slotting machine, rotary self-adhesive trademark printing machine, intaglio printing die-cutting production line and other online printing and packaging equipment. With the development of printing technology, especially the improvement of the processing technology of the circular die-cutting drum, the circular die-cutting has a wide range of applications, and the production efficiency of die-cutting will be further improved. At present, CNC die-cutting machines suitable for full sheet sizes have been produced in large quantities in China. Taking the die-cutting machine produced by Kunlun Machinery as an example, the die-cutting speed of this machine reaches 12000 sheets/hour, ranking the world level.

 In the actual operation, the plate mounting method and the materials used are also different. According to the practice, the plate can be installed and the printing plate can be checked: before the machine is installed, check whether the height and specification of the plate meet the dimensional requirements of the die-cutting indentation machine, whether the wooden pillow plug is tight, whether the plate is flat, and whether there is arching. After the inspection is qualified, the plate can be installed on the machine. The manual flat-pressing die-cutting machine produces different operations in different process steps during the plate loading process. It needs to be plate loaded according to the form standard and can be used in the carton printing process
