Collect cardboard according to the production notice, check the product identification card, specific content: product name or number, cardboard specifications, and layout content;

After verification, transport the cardboard to the machine using a forklift. Before transportation, it is necessary to check the height and tidiness of the cardboard placed on the wooden frame. If it is too high or not neat enough, the crew should cooperate with the transportation. During transportation, collision with other cardboard should be avoided, and the pusher is responsible for the stability of the stacking; After being transported to the machine, it is stacked in a designated location.

Prepare Adhesive

10 minutes before the box gluing operation, the operating staff shall issue a material requisition from the warehouse according to the production notice for backup. And check the label, quantity, and date of the adhesive, and pay attention to the following common abnormalities during verification: obvious deterioration; Low viscosity; Impurities and clumps; Discoloration;

Note: If any of the above conditions occur during production, the crew should record the abnormal phenomenon and provide feedback to the superior for handling;

◆ The Adhesive to be used shall be placed neatly in the specified area, and the number of requisitions shall not exceed the area;

◆ The Adhesive shall be mixed as required before use.

Adhesion test

◆ Add the mixed Adhesive into the glue bucket, open the glue valve, and check whether the gluing wheel is evenly coated. If the automatic gluing machine is even, try to glue one or two boxes, test the compression resistance, and check whether the glue is evenly coated on the staples of the glued board, so as not to overflow;

◆ The width of bonding overlapping tongue shall not be less than 30mm. The Adhesive shall be applied evenly, fully and without overflow. When the bonding surface is peeled off, the face paper shall not be separated.

Main precautions for product inspection

The adhesive box requires pattern alignment, with an error controlled within 2mm;

When sticking the box, the two ends of the box should be aligned and there should be no scissors or gaps.

Process sampling

Before bonding with the Carton box folder gluer machine , all 5 finished boxes should be inspected and cleaned uniformly after the order is completed to prevent defective products from being mixed in;

During the normal bonding process, at least one carton should be selected from every thirty cartons to observe the printing, die-cutting, and bonding conditions; Products that do not meet quality requirements should be picked out to avoid mixing with the next process.

Any abnormalities found during the sampling inspection should be adjusted in a timely manner;
