The box is welded with PP plate, and the bottom plate is welded with 15mm thick plate through imported hot air welding gun to ensure the strength of the box bottom. The box is divided into sewage regulating tank, oxidation tank and clean water tank. This process is based on the design idea of a large sewage treatment plant. After the sewage enters the sewage adjustment tank, a certain amount of reagent is added to fully react to achieve the flocculation separation state. The feed diaphragm pump is started to separate the solid and liquid feed of the filter press, and the clean water is discharged into the oxidation tank. The oxidation tank is designed with high oxygen aeration and carbon fiber filler for the treatment of fine particles. The treated water is discharged into the final filter tank in the oxidation tank, and the final filter tank is used for the subsequent filtration, Discharged into the drainage pond.
