 Fine or powdered sawdust indicates that the feed speed should be increased or the band speed should be reduced. Loose coil sawdust indicates an ambitious sawing condition. The saw speed depends on the type and width of the data and the tension of the paper tube machine. The hard data must use a lower saw belt speed; For smaller widths, a faster band speed must be used.

Pressure and feed rate of paper tube saw band: The pressure and feed rate of paper tube saw band are determined by the type and width of data. The hard data and large width data shall adopt larger pressure and feed rate; Soft data and small width shall adopt smaller pressure and feed rate.

Please select the appropriate saw blade type according to the sawing data you need; Then select the width of the saw blade according to the smaller radian you need. The smaller the radian, the narrower the saw blade width. Before using a new saw blade, first check its tension.
