The paper cardboard partition assembly machine is a device used for producing corrugated cardboard box inserting grids. Grid is a cardboard structure used to separate fragile products inside cardboard boxes, which can prevent products from being damaged by external forces or losses caused by self collision or friction. The traditional production of grid products is usually done manually, which is inefficient. With the increase of labor costs, the demand for automated production of grid products is growing.

Components of a fully automatic partition assembly machine

Longitudinal feeding device: including two parallel sliding rails arranged on the frame, a feeding hopper arranged on the sliding rails, an adjusting mechanism that drives the feeding hopper to reciprocate along the sliding rails, a suction mechanism arranged at the feeding end of the feeding hopper, and a counterweight sliding mechanism arranged inside the feeding hopper.

Adjustment mechanism: comprising symmetrically arranged first and second adjustment blocks, as well as a driving structure that drives the first and second adjustment blocks to approach and/or move away from the slide rail at the same time. The outer circumference of the slide rail is equipped with a locking structure that matches and locks the first and second adjustment blocks.

Suction mechanism: including a suction cup frame and a first cylinder that drives the suction cup frame to approach and/or move away from the feeding hopper. The suction cup frame is equipped with multiple vacuum suction cups, which are connected to a vacuum pump through a hose.

Feeding hopper: comprising a storage bottom plate and two side baffles. The storage bottom plate is provided with a long through hole along the longitudinal feeding direction. The counterweight sliding mechanism includes a sliding rod set below the through hole, a sliding block sleeved with the sliding rod, and a baffle fixedly connected to the sliding block. Rollers are installed on the left and right sides of the baffle, and the rollers are in contact with the upper end surface of the storage bottom plate.
