Cardboard placement

Place pre cut horizontal or vertical cardboard in the feeding slots of all horizontal and vertical grid insertion mechanisms. Pull the clamping plate to move downwards along the sliding rail on the moving plate and clamp the cardboard. The clamping plate is connected to the gravity block through a flexible material and pulley assembly. Under the downward force of the gravity block, the clamping plate is pulled down to clamp the cardboard, and the innermost cardboard is located directly above the discharge port.

Turn on the deceleration motor, which drives the sprocket transmission system through a parallel divider to achieve step-by-step transmission. After a certain distance of chain transmission, the chain stops. All horizontal and vertical plate grid insertion mechanisms have corresponding grid racks to be inserted below the discharge ports. The driving wheel reacts with the proximity switch on the frame, and the cylinder starts. The piston rod extends to drive the grid plate to press down. The grid plate of the vertical plate grid insertion mechanism at the back of the frame presses down multiple vertical cardboard boards and inserts them into the corresponding vertical plate material clamps of the lower grid rack.

Cardboard insertion automatic partition assembler machine 

The chain continues to drive, the proximity switches on the drive wheel and frame are closed, the piston rod of the cylinder rises, and under the action of the gravity block, the clamping plate pushes the cardboard towards the baffle; After the chain stops again, the grid frame moves forward a certain distance to below the next grid mechanism. The proximity switch operates to extend the cylinder piston rod, and the insertion plate continues to press down and insert the cardboard into the corresponding position on the grid frame; The above steps are repeated, and each grid rack is moved multiple times from the rear end to the front end of the rack. During the process, all vertical cardboard is inserted through all vertical board grid mechanisms, and then the horizontal cardboard is inserted into the cut of the vertical cardboard through all horizontal board grid mechanisms, forming a complete paper grid. When it reaches the front end of the rack, the formed paper grid is free to detach from the grid rack.
