How to debug a Semi automatic stitch machine?

1. Turn off all power switches of the machine, rotate the middle position of the clamping mechanism to the appropriate mold width through the joystick, and place the inspected mold into the clamping mechanism and close the mold. When the mold is large, it is necessary to ask for cooperation from others to prevent potential hazards and damage to the mold.

2. Use a spatula to clean the tape residue on the opened movable steel plate to avoid affecting the normal production of the next variety.

3. Use an Allen wrench to unscrew the screws securing the steel plate and use a wooden pad to support it. According to the product requirements, fix the prepared pad paper with kraft tape on the platform below the steel plate, and then carefully remove the wooden pad, taking care not to press it onto your hands. Then use an Allen wrench to fix the screws and steel plate on the movable body.

4. Fix the waste cardboard or semi-finished products used for machine adjustment on the steel plate with kraft paper tape. The flute is the same as the product to be produced. The size and position of the cardboard are exactly aligned with the position of the knife mold.

5. Restart the semi-automatic box stitch machine, use the movable body to close the stable pull plate when descending, stop the movable body back and forth once, and use a sponge strip or iron hook to position and fix the edge cutting position of the semi-finished product, which requires die-cutting. General box type, check if there are any indentations on the die-cut cardboard, if it is ideal, and if there are any abnormalities in the knife mold. Otherwise, further debugging is required.

It is necessary to regularly clean the cooling dust filter driven by the servo motor, and the gears and chains of the semi-automatic box stitching machine need to be lubricated with butter once a month to prevent mechanical component wear. The upper nail head punch is lubricated once a day, and the nail head is removed every 30 days for cleaning and refueling. The lower nail head is prone to dust accumulation in the punch and requires frequent cleaning.
