Therefore, it is required to lubricate the head and punch on the machine once a day: for the fixed shaft of the head and the fixed shaft of the left and right baffles, oil should also be used to lubricate and clean them at any time;

The upper and lower nail head drive shafts, bolt groove shafts and drive screws should also be well lubricated;

The lower end is prone to accumulation of electroplating debris in the punch due to the detachment of some electroplating chips when the flat wire is fed in. Regular cleaning and cleaning should be carried out during normal times;

After each month, the binding head of the  Automatic box stitching machine  should be opened for cleaning and refueling: the paper feeding belt bolt groove shaft is located on the three gears of the right baffle, and Huang Di should be added once a month. The clutch and brake should prevent oil and water from entering and infiltrating;

The service motor should be kept clean to avoid dust accumulation;

Regularly clean the heat dissipation and dust filter screen of the servo motor drive: the electrical control box must be kept clean to prevent dust accumulation and short circuit faults;

Attention should be paid to lubricating the inner and outer transmission line axles with butter to maintain reliable flexibility: for the gears and chains of the power transmission, it is required to add butter lubrication once a month to prevent wear and tear of mechanical components.
