7. During bonding, first check the inner paper, and then check whether the corrugated paper on both sides has defects, whether the grooves at the shallow areas have dislocations, broken lines, and whether they are bruised or scratched;

8. Adhesion, difficult to open;

9. The gap at the joint shall be controlled within 3-8mm, and the standard gap shall be 6mm;

10. The error between tonguing and grooving gap shall not exceed 3mm, and the scissors difference shall not exceed 3mm.
