3. Loosen the fixing screw: Find the fixing screw or adjusting nut between the upper and lower knives, and loosen the fixing screw counterclockwise to enlarge the gap between the upper and lower knives.

4. Adjust the scissors difference: Use the adjustment tool to carefully adjust the scissors difference. If it is necessary to reduce the scissors difference, turn the adjustment screw clockwise; If you need to increase the scissors difference, turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise. After each fine adjustment, a test shear should be conducted to observe the cutting effect and shear force, and further adjustments should be made as needed.

5. Fixed screw: When the ideal scissors difference is reached, tighten the adjustment screw or nut to ensure that the gap between the upper and lower knives remains stable and prevent loosening.

6. Test Run: Reconnect the power supply, conduct a test run, and observe the cutting effect of the nailing machine. If the cutting effect is good and there are no abnormalities, it indicates that the adjustment of the scissors difference is completed.
