This machine consists of five parts: paper feeding, printing, slotting, die-cutting, and palletizing.

The feeding part adopts the leading edge feeding method. Equipped with a high-pressure vacuum device, it can remove impurities such as paper scraps from the printed surface of cardboard. The transmission gear is made of alloy steel and is manufactured through carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding. Adopt spray lubrication and oil balance system. Adopting PLC touch screen multifunctional control. The host, fan, and three-phase motor all adopt frequency conversion technology.

The slotting section electrically adjusts the dimensions of each part of the cardboard box. The stacking part of the paper arm is pneumatically lifted, while the receiving part is photoelectric tracked and automatically lifted. All transmission rollers are made of heat-resistant cast iron, plated with hard chromium, and ground on the surface. The transmission part adopts a keyless connection method. Each unit is equipped with safety buttons.

Second, the ink circulation structure

A. Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, simple operation and maintenance.

B. When the rubber roller and anilox roller are not closed, the pneumatic ink pump cannot absorb ink.

C. Abnormal ink supply, warning light displayed.

D. Ink filter screen, filtering impurities.

E. 3-5 minute quick car wash and ink recycling system (computer/electronic control).

Third, Operational control

A. Electric adjustment of slot clearance, slot phase, and box height dimensions.

B. Equipped with emergency shutdown and whole machine inching devices to ensure safe operation.

C. Multi point control for paper feeding and stopping, easy to operate, reducing cardboard waste.

Fourth, Slotting phase and box height adjustment

A. Adopting a planetary wheel structure, it achieves 360 degree positive and negative adjustment of the slotting roller and box height adjustment, with short time and high accuracy.

B. Press the return to zero switch and the slotting knife will return to zero, making it convenient for order changing operations, shortening order changing time, and reducing cardboard waste.
