The Greyboard production line mainly produces packaging cardboard for cigarettes, alcohol, high-end gift boxes, and industrial composite cardboard.

Guidelines for operators of automatic hardboard production lines:

(1) To have a comprehensive understanding of the working principle of the single-sided machine and the entire cardboard production line, and to be proficient in operating the single-sided machine, and to strictly follow the above operating essentials;

(2) During production, the steam pressure and equipment operation should be checked at any time. Any abnormalities should be dealt with in a timely manner to avoid malfunctions and strive to reduce unnecessary losses;

(3) The maximum allowable deviation from the neat adhesion of the base paper and inner paper is 3 meters;

(4) Paper breaks caused by non paper materials shall not be repeated more than twice per roll;

(5) There must be no glue opening or bonding caused by non gum materials, as well as material shortage caused by non paper materials;

(6) The adhesive shall not flow or lose;

(7) During production of the industrial paper hardboard production line, the speed of the single-sided machine must be adjusted according to the speed of the double-sided locomotive, and there should be no excessive accumulation of single-sided cardboard on the overpass;

(8) Non equipment malfunctions or paper related issues should not affect the speed of the double-sided machine.
