Grid insertion operation

Vertical slot insertion: When the vertical card is moved to the designated position, the vertical card slot insertion plate is pushed by the cylinder to insert the vertical card into the slot of the horizontal card, completing the vertical slot insertion.

Horizontal grid insertion: The horizontal card grid insertion board is driven by a servo motor and achieves fast horizontal grid insertion action through a linkage mechanism, inserting the horizontal card into the slot of the vertical card.

Overall workflow

The paper enters the corrugated carton partition assembly machine from its respective feeding chute, and after being conveyed and positioned, the longitudinal and transverse grid insertion devices perform grid insertion operations in sequence. The completed product is output through the conveyor belt.
