First, the plate hanging strip is clamped in a 3 * 10mm slot, and the foot switch controls the plate roller to rotate forward for one cycle. Then, the plate hanging strip at the other end is inserted into the roller, and a wrench (usually a 12mm external hexagonal wrench) is used to rotate the roller (opposite to the machine’s forward rotation direction). The ratchets on both sides of the roller tighten as it rotates, so that the printing plate is tightly attached to the roller.
