Mechanical structure

A printing slotting machine generally consists of a paper feeding section, a printing section, and a slotting section.

1. The vacuum adsorption assisted kick type paper feeding system can adjust the size and bending degree of the paperboard appropriately to ensure accurate paper supply.

2. Aluminum alloy material kickboard, lightweight and wear-resistant, with a pneumatic paper storage device for the rear baffle.

3. Install a nylon brush to remove dust and debris, which can remove impurities from the printed surface of the cardboard and improve printing quality.

Printing Department

1. The foot switch electrically controls the positive and negative rotation of the printing plate roller, facilitating the loading and unloading of the printing plate.

2. The printing department adjusts the phase of the electric planetary gear and displays it digitally.

3. The horizontal electric adjustment distance of the printing plate roller is 20mm.

4. Gap adjustment, using imported sun gear adjustment, suitable for 3, 5, and 7 layers of corrugated cardboard.
