Process flow of 1600mm 5 ply industrial hardboard making machine:

The rolled base paper is fed into the base paper holder, heated and adjusted by a hot cylinder machine, and then enters a single sided corrugated machine. After being pressed and formed by the corrugated machine, it is bonded to the other side of the paper to form a single sided corrugated paper. It is transported by the overhead bridge frame, preheated and compensated by multiple preheaters, and then glued to the bonding machine for heating and bonding cold formed three, five, and seven layers of corrugated cardboard. After being formed, it is divided and pressed longitudinally by a press line separator, Cut horizontally according to the product length specifications, and at this point, each piece of corrugated cardboard has been produced. Finally, the finished products of the complete paperboard production line are stacked and sorted by the stacking machine and the number of sheets is calculated.
