1. Check if the temperature control and heating equipment are in good condition, and pay attention to adjusting the heating temperature at each point in a timely manner within the indicator range. The pressure of the gas storage tank should not be too high, but there should be backup pressure.

2. Check and control the proportion of raw materials, stir evenly, traction speed, and control the film thickness.

3. Regularly check the temperature rise and mechanical transmission of each operating motor of the Kunming bubble film machine, as well as the lubrication of the gearbox and air compressor cylinder lubricating oil.

4. Check the raw materials for impurities, especially iron mixed with magnets, and promptly inspect them.

5. Observe and adjust the uniformity of film thickness, and ensure that the folding diameter meets the standard. After the mold outlet of the bubble layer press is uniform, you can wear gloves and slowly lift the tube blank. At the same time, close the end of the tube blank and inject a small amount of compressed air into the center hole of the core rod. Then carefully guide it through the bubble stabilizer and herringbone plate, and then through the traction roller and guide roller until it is wound. Only in this way can we better utilize the Kunming bubble bonding machine, extend its service life, and create more profits.
