The fully automatic partition assembler machine is a cardboard box machine used to insert horizontal and vertical cardboard together. The principle of machine adjustment mainly involves the following aspects:

1. Synchronous adjustment mechanism for cardboard guide rail

The position of the cardboard guide rail of the partition assembler inserting machine needs to be adjusted according to the size specifications of the cardboard to be suitable for different sizes of cardboard. The adjustment mechanism includes an active screw, a driven screw, and a transmission mechanism. The active screw and the driven screw are kept in synchronous rotation through the transmission mechanism. The left and right half areas of the cardboard guide rail are respectively equipped with a first screw nut and a second screw nut. The ends of the driven screw and the active screw are respectively threaded through the first screw nut and the second screw nut. By rotating the active adjustment screw, the active adjustment screw drives the driven screw to rotate synchronously through the transmission mechanism, thereby achieving synchronous adjustment of the cardboard guide rail. The operation is simple, does not require subsequent manual correction, and can ensure the accuracy of adjustment, improving the reliability of use.

2. Workflow of the slot machine

The workflow of a corrugated cardboard partition assembly insert machine usually includes the longitudinal cardboard feeding mechanism inserting the longitudinal cardboard into the cardboard guide rail below, and then horizontally conveying the longitudinal cardboard through the longitudinal cardboard feeding mechanism. After being transported to the grid inserting mechanism position, the horizontal and vertical cardboard are inserted through the grid inserting mechanism.

3. Working principle of high-speed grid insertion machine

The warp and weft slicing insertion system and warp slicing insertion port of the high-speed grid inserting machine are installed at the middle and front ends of the left and right wings of the frame. The weft slicing inlet is installed at the left end of the frame, and the outlet is at the right end. Place the weft yarn and weft yarn slices into each feeding hopper by hand, piece by piece, and feed them into the clamps on the chain at intervals by the slicing wheel. When the chain is running intermittently, the opener automatically opens, and the warp and weft yarns run at intervals to the positioning intersection. The CNC eccentric wheel provides thrust, allowing the warp yarn to be inserted into the weft opening to form a grid product. The products in the clamp run sequentially on the assembly line and circulate to the outlet at regular intervals. The finished product in the fixture is pushed out of the fixture by the CNC eccentric wheel and counted by the counter.

4. Operating procedure of fully automatic grid inserting machine

The high-speed paper cardboard partition assembly machine must be operated by professionally trained employees according to the operating procedures to ensure good lubrication of the mechanical moving parts. All fasteners must be connected reliably, and no flammable or explosive materials should be placed to prevent dust, corrosive gases, and liquids from entering. Before executing pneumatic control or actuator, compressed air must pass through a clean system, otherwise it may damage the parts. Compressed air from the air compressor enters the air storage tank – main filter air dryer air source regulating device – pneumatic control or actuator. Before debugging the high-speed grid insertion machine, carefully inspect the debris on the machine and check whether all electrical components are loose during transportation, especially the wiring screws. If there are, they must be firm.
