If necessary, paint the machine surface, cover it with plastic paper and keep the boring position.

3. If the chain is too loose, it can be adjusted by taking out several sections first. If it has been seriously pulled, it should be replaced. When using carton machinery, according to the amount method and principle, it must apply, maintain and protect the method according to law, and it must be treated in time. It is not the same doubt. When adjusting and replacing the chain, it should be noted that the direction of the chain spring card equipment should be combined with the working direction chain to avoid the impact of running, beating, bumping and falling.

4. Disassemble and clean all rolling bearings and add new grease. Calcium and sodium based grease can be used.

5. Remove dirt from all conflicting surfaces, especially chains and sprockets, and fill them with lubricating oil from the top. The maintenance, protection and repair of carton packaging machinery must be the protection and repair of technicians, so as to ensure the quality and function of carton machinery in use and carry forward its important role and value in carton production.

6. Check whether the stove has smoke leakage. If smoke leakage is found, check the smoke ring, stove and chimney of the cylinder head. If damage is found, correct and replace it in time. For electric heating type, check whether the electric heating pipe is damaged and replace the damaged electric heating pipe.
