1. Maintenance of important parts of printer slotter die cutter machine

(1) The maintenance of the cylinder mainly includes the maintenance of the plate cylinder, the rubber cylinder and the embossing cylinder. The three printing rollers are the main body of the printing machine, and are important parts that determine the quality of printing. It is necessary to prevent them from causing “hard damage”, surface rolling, axis bending and deformation, etc. During use, care must be taken to prevent paper or various foreign matters from rolling into the roller, such as screws, washers, pins, bearings, tools, etc.

(2) Maintenance of transmission gear The manufacturing accuracy, installation accuracy, adjustment and use of transmission gears between drums have a very close impact on the printing quality (such as gear bar, ghost, inaccurate overprint, etc.). Therefore, special attention and care should be paid in daily maintenance. Prevent dust, garbage, paper and hard things from crushing people, and prevent teeth from being damaged; The high-speed machine is generally lubricated by oil spraying. The operator should always check whether the oil path is smooth and keep the tooth surface clean; Adhere to correct operation methods to reduce gear wear, etc.

(3) Maintenance of the registration and handover device The registration and handover device is a part that transfers paper and ensures accurate overprint. It should always be clean and intact. The bite force of each paper bite tooth should be uniform and appropriate. The paper transfer chain pin and adjusting screw should be checked frequently to prevent looseness and fracture and avoid accidents.

(4) Maintenance of paper feeding unit

After the parts on the paper feeding device become loose and damaged, it not only affects the accuracy of paper feeding, but also increases the scrap rate. Moreover, it is easy to cause serious accidents because the loose and broken residues are rolled into the paint slips with the paper. Therefore, these parts must be checked regularly, and they must be replaced immediately if they are damaged, and they must be tightened immediately if they are loose.

(5) Bearing maintenance In high-speed offset printing machine, to meet the needs of high-speed operation, the ink roller uses rolling bearings as the support of the shaft. These bearings are often easy to be splashed by ink stains and liquid medicine, and are not easy to clean and lubricate. If the maintenance work is not done well, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of biting and crushing, or even the ball falls after the crushing, which will damage the machine. Therefore, the bearing shall be coated with new grease every week to keep the bearing well lubricated.

Overhaul and maintenance

The operator shall be diligent in observing whether there is any abnormality, especially when listening to the sound during operation, feeling the bearing for heating, and watching the fasteners for looseness, so as to form a good habit of caring for the equipment, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of machine failures. Once equipment failures occur, immediately stop the machine for inspection and maintenance and keep records.

(6) Correct debugging

For a newly installed brush machine, after correct debugging, these data dimensions of the actuator are very accurate. However, after a period of use or reinstallation due to failure, these data may have large or small errors. Our operators need to modify and adjust this part of dimensional data for the second time. Therefore, the operator should be familiar with the commissioning requirements, methods, data and inspection methods of the technical specifications of the equipment you are operating. Conduct commissioning in strict accordance with technical specifications and procedures.
