Daily maintenance

1. Check if all sensors are working properly

2. Check if the installation and level of the scraper are correct

3. Check that the air pressure reaches 5KG/CM2

4. Check whether each operation button is normal

Weekly maintenance of the Semi auto flexo printer die cutter machine

1. Drain the accumulated water from the air supply filter

2. Clean and add lubricating oil to the bearings and screw rods of each department. 3. Check whether the transportation motors and cylinders are working properly.

Monthly maintenance

1. Clean and maintain the drive box

2. Check the tightness of screws in various parts

3. Check if there is any air or electrical leakage in each electrical part.
