Operation process

1. Set parameters: According to the requirements of the product, set parameters such as cutting thickness and cutting speed in the controller.

2. Grid preparation: Place the grid material on the conveyor belt, adjust the conveyor belt, and start the Automatic partition assembly machine in a timely manner.

3. Start grid insertion: Observe the partition assembly machine to ensure good grid quality, and at the same time, perform the required number and speed of grid insertion.

4. Maintenance: Regularly check the status of equipment and molds, and carry out timely maintenance and repair.

Operation precautions

1. Do not touch any plug-in parts with your hands, and do not extend your hands into the interior of the corrugated carton partition assembly machine .

2. Do not leave the control panel while the equipment is in operation. If any abnormal situation is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

3. The insertion capacity specified by the equipment shall not be exceeded.

4. If any equipment malfunction or abnormal situation is found, the machine should be stopped immediately and professional maintenance personnel should be notified for handling.

5. Strictly follow the requirements of the equipment operation manual and do not engage in illegal operations or change equipment parameters.
