Technical requirements for the use of automatic hardboard production line:

1. When using the initial strip, the tension should be adjusted to the appropriate position, that is, whether it is loose or not.
2. When the strip shrinks, adjust the tensioner in a timely manner to relax the tension adjustment.
3. During operation, the strip must always be careful not to deviate. In case of deviation, it must be adjusted in a timely manner. The adjustment method is as follows: (according to the structure of the machine) run the strip to the right, and loosen the right side deviation adjustment device; On the contrary, running on the left and loosening on the left; Note that the amplitude of each adjustment should not be too large, as it may cause deformation of the cardboard strip (note: the degree of deviation may vary among different specifications of cardboard).
4. Regularly check the fixed length of the hooks on both sides of the strip to prevent the hooks from slipping out during operation.
5. To prevent the strip and cardboard from staying on the hot board during shutdown, it is necessary to support the strip and cardboard after shutdown to keep them away from the surface of the hot board to prevent them from coking and damaging the strip surface.
6. After the shift is over, use a dry cloth to wipe or a brush dipped in water to clean the tape (not afraid of water), and do not leave paper scraps or other dirt on the tape surface. It is also important to prevent adhesive from contaminating the tape. It is necessary to keep the surface clean to ensure that the breathability of the board is not affected and to guarantee the quality of the cardboard.
7. A thorough cleaning should be carried out once a month (before implementation, a written plan should be submitted to the workshop for technical approval). Firstly, the machine should be turned on slowly, and water should be sprayed to fully wet the board and strip. An appropriate amount of detergent should be added, and a brush should be used to clean it. After cleaning, rinse it with water once. If necessary, steam should be turned on to dry it slowly.
