Process flow of automatic hardboard production line

1、 Pulp preparation

The first step in the cardboard production line is pulp preparation. Usually, pulp is processed from raw materials such as waste paper or wood. Firstly, the raw materials need to be decomposed into fibrous forms, immersed in water, and treated with chemicals to turn them into a paste. After mixing, screening, washing and other operations, it will be compressed and dried to become finished pulp.

2、 Paper making

In the second step of the papermaking process in the cardboard production line, the main machine used is the paper machine, which can convert the paste of pulp into flat cardboard. On a paper machine, the pulp is poured, compacted, and dried until the finished cardboard is made.

3、 Drying

In the industrial paper hardboard production line, the role of the drying process is to remove the moisture that adheres tightly to the cardboard during the manufacturing process, in order to ensure the quality of the finished product. It is completed by using professional drying equipment to put the finished cardboard into it and drying it at high temperature.

4、 Trimming

After drying, the finished cardboard needs to be adjusted in size. This step is cutting. The main equipment used is called a paper cutter. Put the finished cardboard into the paper cutter, and through the operation of quickly rotating the blade, cut it into the size specifications required by the customer.

Through the above steps, the cardboard production line can process the raw materials into high-quality finished cardboard.
