Safety operating procedures for Corrugated carton box stitching machine

1. Operators must wear work clothes, tie up the hem and corners of the clothes, tie up the cuffs, and prohibit any items from being placed in the shirt pocket. It is strictly prohibited to wear slippers and hanging decorations when working.

2. Operators must maintain a good mental state, and it is strictly prohibited to work under conditions such as excessive fatigue, drunkenness, or illness that affect the operation.

3. Check whether the lubrication condition of each part of the automatic corrugated cardboard stitching machine is good, whether the connection is tight, whether the oil circuit is unblocked, and whether the circuit is normal.

If any abnormalities are found, they must be immediately reported to relevant personnel for handling. It is strictly prohibited for the machine to operate with faults.

4. Clean up the debris around the high speed corrugated box stitching machine, check for any tools left on the machine, ensure sufficient operating space for operators, and eliminate safety hazards.

5. During normal production, be careful not to place your hands under the nozzle to prevent pressure damage

6. When cleaning and maintaining equipment, such as removing oil stains from the nozzle, the power must be turned off.
