Safety operation rules for fully automatic die cutting machine

1、 This machine should be equipped with dedicated operators who must understand the basic structure, working principle, and control method of the machine, and be proficient in operating various relevant buttons according to the console and computer screen prompts.

2、 Except for the paper feeding operation, it is strictly prohibited to wear gloves in other parts of the machine for operation.

3、 Turn on the power and air supply of automatic paper die cutting and creasing machine.

4、 Install the corresponding die cutting blade for the product according to the order process requirements. Press the button to lower the platform to the drawing position and open the safety door; Lift up the version frame and place it on the reproduction rack; Infer the fixed pins on both sides of the plate frame to fix the plate frame, flip the plate frame, and fix the knife plate with nail nuts and screws; Reverse the plate frame and paste a piece of backing paper with die-cutting knife marks on the back of the die-cutting plate frame according to the position of the blade line of the die-cutting knife; Loosen the fixing pin of the plate frame, push the plate frame into the die-cutting section, press the button to clamp the plate frame, and tighten the front fixing block of the plate frame.

5、 Install the waste removal template or needle according to the product process requirements, or install the waste removal grinding tool before installation and fix it firmly.

6、 Adjust the left and right side gauges and their auxiliary plates according to the position of the die cutting blade, adjust the paper feeding movable platform components so that the rear baffle gently touches the tail of the cardboard, and at the same time, it can slide freely; Adjust the height of the front stopper hook and the tilt of the suction nozzle according to the degree of paper warping; Adjust the gap between the rear baffle, the gap between each paper feeding roller, and the pressure of the pressure roller, and adjust the position of the front gauge to change the distance between the leading edge of the paper and the first cutting line.

7、 Send a piece of cardboard to the paper receiving section, stop the full automatic pizza box die cutting machine before releasing the paper from the teeth, and adjust the position of the rear baffle and the paper tapping baffle on both sides according to the actual position of the cardboard.

8、 Adjust the die-cutting pressure based on the sample results. When 80% of the cutting line is achieved, the remaining 20% of the cutting line that cannot be cut through must be continuously adjusted in a patching manner to achieve the full cutting effect. When the trial cutting effect meets the process requirements, it enters the formal production work.

9、 During the production process, operators need to check the operation status of the unit and the quality of the product in real-time, and maintain coordination among various processes of the entire machine.
