1. Workplace

(1) Keep the workplace clean and bright. Chaotic and dark venues can lead to accidents.

(2) Allow children and bystanders to operate the automatic carton folding gluing equipment after leaving. Distraction can make you relax and control.

2. Electrical safety

(1) The power line must be connected to a leakage protector, and the main motor must be grounded. Never modify the circuit in any way. Arbitrary modification may not be suitable for this machine and cause accidents. (2) Do not abuse the power cord. A sufficiently square power cord must be used. An excessively thin power cord can cause burnout and cause a fire.

3. Personal safety

(1) Stay alert, pay attention to the operation being carried out while operating the machine, and remain alert. Do not operate the machine under fatigue, medication, alcohol, or treatment reactions. Dispersion of energy during machine operation can lead to serious personal injury.

(2) Use safety devices. Always wear insulated rubber shoes. Safety devices, such as safety helmets and hearing protection under appropriate conditions, can reduce personal injury (3) and avoid sudden start-up. Ensure that the motor is in a stopped state. A sudden start may cause injury to personnel who are adjusting the machine.

(4) Before starting the fully automatic carton folder gluer machine , press the bell switch to prompt before starting it. And remove any excess tools. To prevent personal injury caused by someone still operating the machine and the dropping of excess tools left on the machine.

5) Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose fitting or accessories. Keep your hair, clothes, and sleeves away from moving parts. Loose fitting clothing, accessories, or long hair may get caught in moving parts
