Operating procedures of Semi-automatic double piece stitching machine

Purpose: To ensure the personal safety of operators and the normal operation of equipment.

Method:

1. The operation of the nail machine must be carried out with a certificate.

2. Before operating the Semi-automatic box stitching machine, check: manually pull the triangular belt connecting the motor to the machine to observe whether the punch is flexible up and down, and whether there is oil leakage.

3. Trial operation: Turn on the switch and press the foot switch to check if the sound is normal. Ensure that there are no abnormalities before starting the machine.

4. During operation, hold the front of the cardboard box with your right hand and pull it forward, while holding the other end with your left hand to help stabilize your right hand. When pulling and moving your right hand forward, your left hand should generally not move. For particularly large products that need to be moved with your left hand, it should also stop at the position 40 centimeters away from the punch.

5. During work, both hands must place the product and move it to a safe position before stepping on the foot switch for work.

6. Chatting, frolicking, and other distracting behaviors are prohibited at work, and it is necessary to concentrate on production operations.

7. When the semi automatic stitcher equipment malfunctions for maintenance, it must be labeled as “under maintenance, no power on”, the main power must be turned off, and a dedicated person must be arranged to be on duty.

8. It is prohibited for any non professional maintenance personnel to repair or modify the machine without authorization

9. After the work is completed, turn off the power and carry out daily maintenance and “7S” work.
