2. After the cardboard box reaches the pre pressing wheel position, the pre pressing wheel will press it up, causing the upper and lower cover openings of the cardboard box to seal.

3. The cardboard box is once again transported by the conveyor belt to the cutting position, where the cutting blade cuts off the turning tape and makes it adhere to the cardboard box.

4. After completing the sealing, the cardboard box moves to the position of the pressure gauge, which applies pressure to compact the bonded cardboard box, making it more secure.

5. After completion of compaction, the cardboard boxes are discharged from the conveyor belt, and the entire sealing process is completed. Overall, the semi-automatic double sheet box gluing machine mainly relies on key components such as conveyor belts, pre pressing wheels, cutters, and pressure devices to complete the automatic sealing and sealing process of the upper and lower cover openings of the cardboard box.
