Steps to note when operating the carton partition assembly machine

1、 Check if the power and air supply are normal, and if there are any debris on the insertion table of the paper insertion machine. If everything is normal, turn on the power and the indicator light will light up. If it is not on, check the power supply.

2、 Turn off the power and adjust the mold according to the customer’s wire production requirements. After adjustment, turn on the power and try pressing a few wires to see the effect. If it meets the requirements, you can continue with the work. The inserted paper does not meet the requirements (such as being too loose or pressed too much, damaging the copper wire, deforming the insert, etc.), the power should be turned off and the mold adjusted again. After adjusting the mold, you can start working continuously. During the homework process, although the fully automated UL insert stamping machine performs self inspection, it is also necessary to check the quality of the pressed insert at regular intervals.

3、 During the work process, if the automatic partition assembler machine suddenly stops working, you need to press the turn off button to check if it is due to insufficient air pressure and if the power supply is normal. If it is not normal, please ask professional maintenance personnel to inspect the machine. Do not inspect or disassemble parts without authorization to avoid injury to yourself.

4、 After completing the homework, turn off the power and air sources, clean up any debris in a timely manner, wipe the workbench clean, add lubricating oil to the rotating shaft, and keep a daily maintenance record of the automatic carton partition assembly machine before leaving.
