The automatic folder gluer machine divides the entire process of work into four workstations, and utilizes the collection of data signals from each workstation to manipulate the harmonious posture of each fitness component based on PLC. The functions and principles of each workstation are as follows.

1. Edge cutting station. The key components include positioning equipment, glass suction cups, and edge cutting organization. Glass suction cups refer to the original machine equipment of the forming machine. The positioning equipment is composed of ball screw, cylinder, and ball screw mother, connected to the ball screw mother and positioning plate. The servo motor drives the ball screw, and the edge cutting specifications are keyed in using a LCD display screen. The ball screw mother is fully automatically adjusted to complete the clarification of the positioning plate position. After the cardboard enters the edge cutting station, push the cardboard according to the cylinder, so that it can enter the appropriate position and be carefully positioned. The key to edge cutting organization includes an eccentric wheel mechanism, a lower mold connected to a gear rack, and an upper mold connected to a sound card rack. The edges are cut according to the rotational inertia force of the gear rack.

2. Telescopic station. According to the composition of the car body telescopic shaper and automatic corrugated box folder gluer machine structure, after the cardboard reaches the telescopic station, the cardboard is pushed according to the cylinder message to touch the limit switch plate, so that the duty can reach the appropriate position. The folding structure includes sensors, punching needles, cavities, limit switches, and releasers. PLC is used to manipulate the folding structure to complete the posture, and then the cardboard stamping mold is formed.

3. Gluing station. The key components include a cardboard box specification and model copier, a glue box, and a glue coating roller. The glue coating roller is applied with an axial force roller. When the semi-finished products of the expandable cardboard box are processed into the glue coating station, the glue coating roller will rotate, allowing the glue to be evenly rubbed in the edges of the cardboard box. In the future, the copier will be used to prepare the cardboard box, so that the appearance design of the cardboard box can meet the required specifications and models. The cardboard box specification and model setter includes cylinders, which are assembled using front and back screw extruder screws to confirm the consistency of the bonding parts.

4. Drying processing station. The drying treatment station refers to a long line of heat treatment furnace. During the entire process of drying treatment, the clamping tissue moves forward with the cardboard box. When it reaches the entrance and exit of the drying treatment station, the clamping tissue and the cardboard box loosen and return to the gluing station, allowing the cardboard box to be tightened in time for the next time.
