The main steps for debugging the grey cardboard and hard cardboard production line are as follows:
Equipment inspection and preparation
Confirm that all equipment on the production line is securely installed without any looseness, the components are tightly connected, the transmission device operates flexibly, the electrical system wiring is correct without any leakage, the gas system has no leakage, and the pipeline connections are firm; Check the lubrication parts of each equipment to ensure sufficient lubricating oil, good oil quality, and normal operation of the lubrication system; Check whether safety devices such as safety protection doors, safety light curtains, emergency stop buttons, etc. operate reliably to ensure the safety of operators.
Single machine debugging
Motor debugging: Start the motors of each device separately, check whether the motor direction is correct, whether the operation is smooth, whether there is any abnormal vibration and noise, and measure the current, voltage and other parameters of the motor to ensure that they are within the rated range.
Transmission device debugging: Check whether the tension of the transmission chain, belt, etc. is appropriate, whether the transmission is smooth, and whether there is any slipping or jumping phenomenon. For gear transmission, it is necessary to check the meshing of the gears to ensure good meshing and no abnormal wear.
Heating system debugging: If the industrial cardboard production line has heating devices such as steam heating or electric heating, it is necessary to check whether the temperature control of the heating system is accurate, whether the heating elements are working properly, and whether the set temperature requirements can be met.
Pneumatic system debugging: Check whether the action of pneumatic components is flexible and reliable, whether the expansion and contraction of cylinders are smooth, whether the pressure in the air circuit is stable, and whether there is any air leakage.
Whole machine linkage debugging
No load linkage debugging: After each individual machine is debugged normally, carry out the whole automatic hardboard production line no-load linkage debugging. According to the production process flow, start each equipment in sequence, check whether the connection between each equipment is smooth, whether the material conveying is stable, and whether there is any jamming or blockage. At the same time, check whether the operating parameters of each device match each other, such as speed, temperature, pressure, etc.
Load linkage debugging: After the no-load linkage debugging is normal, perform load linkage debugging. Gradually increase the load on the production line, such as adding a certain amount of raw materials, and check the operation of the production line under load conditions. Pay attention to the operating status of each device, whether there are abnormal vibrations, noise or overload phenomena, adjust the operating parameters of the equipment in a timely manner, and ensure the stable operation of the production line.
During the debugging process, by detecting and analyzing product quality, continuously optimizing process parameters, and improving product quality and production efficiency. For example, by adjusting the formula and dosage of glue, the bonding strength of cardboard can be improved; By adjusting pressure and temperature, the flatness and surface quality of cardboard can be improved.
