If using a dedicated paper cutter, do not insert your hand into the rotating core shaft to prevent crushing.

Notes on edge grinding: When grinding edges, prevent the pant legs from getting caught up in the paper tray; When adjusting the spiral paper core making machine tool, pay attention to grinding the sanding wheel.

Maintenance: Maintenance of the paper tube machine is also important. At the beginning of use, it should be lowered or directly adjusted to the lowest level to prevent mechanical losses. After the paper tube machine malfunctions, it should be repaired by professional personnel as soon as possible. Do not repair it yourself, and do not repair it when the power is turned on to avoid the risk of electric shock. The power supply should adopt a three-phase four wire system to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Safe operation: During operation, stay away from the operating parts of the kraft paper core making machine and do not insert hands, feet, clothing, or other objects into the interior of the equipment. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, equipment should be kept clean and hygienic. After the operation is completed, the miscellaneous items and materials inside the equipment should be cleared. During the operation of the equipment, high temperature areas may sometimes occur. Operators should remain vigilant during operation and avoid touching high-temperature areas.
