1. Preparation work before starting up. Before starting up, the machine should be checked first, especially when operating a machine that has not been turned on for a long time or when connecting someone else’s machine, this should be paid more attention to.

2. Start up and run. Before turning on the machine, you should first ring the bell so that people around the machine are ready to pick it up.

3. Apply water and ink. The amount of water and ink applied depends on the specific print, and generally should be slightly larger than the actual amount needed (estimated through experience or approximate calculation).

4. Upper version, upper rubber cloth. Rubber blanket should generally be installed in advance. Whether the installation of the rubber blanket is appropriate can be judged by listening to its sound by hand tapping.

5. Mix water and ink evenly. Start the carton box printing die cutting slotting machine , let water and ink enter the water and ink path, and mix well. If there is insufficient ink volume, a pressure ink hopper can be used to quickly apply ink.

6. Correct the rule line.
