1. Adjust the position of the backup plate (baffle) according to the work order, and adjust the transverse position of the slitting cutter from the baffle. The upper and lower knives should overlap the cutter bed by 2mm. When adjusting the knife, pay attention to the simultaneous movement of the knife and the bottom bracket.

2. If it is necessary to press lines, adjust as above to adjust the concave convex wheels according to different ridge types, and the upper and lower wheels must be aligned. When not pressing, turn the upper and lower wheels to one side or staggered position, and raise all the pressure.

3. If the slitting cardboard is inclined, the thread pressing wheel can be used as the paper wheel, but it should be pressed at the on duty edge splitting position to ensure that there is no excess thread pressing on the finished cardboard.

4. During the operation, the thought concentration assistant worker shall timely sort out the cardboard, pack it according to the required number of sheets, and stack it neatly on the card board.

5. The cutting products cannot be on the rough edge. Grind the knife in time to ensure the thin knife is sharp. The grinding wheel should be adjusted correctly to keep the gap between the grinding wheel and the blade consistent.

6. In normal production, the paper is piled on the paper feeding table with moderate height. When the paper is fed too high, the bending degree is increased, and the corrugated has been damaged, resulting in cardboard creases. The feeding shall be carried out in a single sheet, and the overlapping feeding such as the backing plate can supplement more than 3 sheets.

7. If there is a bayonet or paper jam, stop the machine immediately for handling. It is not allowed to use your hands to poke directly when starting the machine.

8. The cut cardboard shall be stacked neatly and shall not be stacked too high. The timely detection of defective products is compared to recording.

9. When cutting products with small size, the hand must meet and keep a distance. Remember safety.
