Tips for using paper tube making machine

1. Before using the paper tube machine equipment, it is necessary to carefully check the condition of each part, whether the electrical equipment and switches are in good condition, whether the electrical circuits are insulated, whether the screws and nuts are tightened, and whether the protective devices are safe. Lubricating oil should be added at each refueling point, and the equipment should be left idle for 1-2 minutes before operation.

2. The kraft paper tube making machine must be managed by a dedicated person and unauthorized use by others is strictly prohibited. During work, it is strictly prohibited to place workpieces, cards, measuring tools, and other debris in various parts of the machine tool. During operation, personnel are not allowed to leave their work positions without authorization.

3. When cutting low, if using a ventilated machine tool to cut paper, the height of the paper cutting should not exceed 125 millimeters, and according to the size requirements, it should be fixed with a positioning press iron. The machine tool can only cut paper and cannot cut other boards. When operated by two or more people, they should cooperate with each other. When working, it is not allowed to reach under the pressure iron and blade to prevent cutting injuries. If using a dedicated paper cutting machine, do not extend your hand into the rotating spindle to prevent crushing.

4. When edging, prevent the trouser legs from getting entangled in the paper loading shaft; When adjusting the automatic spiral kraft paper core making machine tool, pay attention to the sandcloth wheel grinding hand.
