A semi-automatic folding gluing machine is a common packaging equipment, whose main function is to fold cardboard into boxes and fix them with adhesive. 1. Working principle

The semi-automatic folding gluing equipment mainly consists of a paper feeding section, a folding section, a glue spraying section, a pressing section, and a paper output section. Firstly, the cardboard enters the folding section from the feed section and after multiple folds, forms the shape of the box. Then, spray adhesive onto the glue spraying section and fix the cardboard on both sides together through the pressing section. Finally, the finished product is output from the paper output section.

2. Common fault analysis Semi-automatic folder gluer machine

(1) Unsmooth paper feeding: It may be caused by damage or improper adjustment of the paper feeding roller. The solution is to replace the damaged feed roller or readjust its position.

(2) Inaccurate folding: may be caused by worn or improperly adjusted folding blades. The solution is to replace the worn blade or readjust the position.

(3) Uneven glue spraying: may be caused by clogged glue nozzles or insufficient pressure. The solution is to clean the glue nozzle or adjust the glue pressure.

(4) Unstable pressing: It may be caused by damage or improper adjustment of the pressing roller. The solution is to replace the damaged pressing roller or readjust its position.
